Claimed agent is the radiopharma-ceutical composition containing samarium= 153 where samarium presents as complex with oxa-bis-(ethylenenitrilo)-tetra-methylene phosphonic acid or its physiologically acceptable salt, sodium chloride, water for injection taken in the definite ratio of components. Volume activity of samarium-153 is 240-740 MBcq/ml and value pH of composition = 5.0-7.0.
