FIELD: flour milling industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves additional moistening of grain in front of first batten system till optimum moisture content of 0.6-0.85% to impart elasticity to grain fruit and seed coats; extracting particles with size of up to 750 microns at first batten system and particles with size of up to 630 microns at second batten system; joining products obtained at two batten systems and directing joined product to first milling system; directing product with particle size of more than 630 microns to second milling system. Thus, method uses two batten systems with following two milling systems and allows coarse meal products free of coat and endosperm junctions to be obtained. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of product. 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 5 ex
