SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of registering signal of acoustic emission; determining roughness degree of part surface according to registered signal; determining area of spectrum of acoustic emission signal and evaluating roughness degree on base of relation of spectrum areas of registered signal of acoustic emission and set beforehand reference signal of acoustic emission.
