FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes derivatives of 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-one of the formula (I) where X means oxygen or sulfur atom or the group NR where R is hydrogen atom or normal or branched C₁-C₄-alkyl; R₁ means hydrogen atom or methyl-group; R₂ means: (i) the group R₃O where R₃ is either hydrogen atom or benzyl-group possibly substituted with hydrogen atom or benzyl group possibly substituted with halogen atom or nitro- or methylenedioxy- -group or it means the group methoxyethyl, 4,4,4-trifluoro- -butyl, 4,4,4-trifluoro-3-hydroxybutyl or 4,4,4-trifluorobut- -2-enyl group; or (ii) the group -CH=CH-R₄ or -CH₂-CH₂-R₄ where R₄ means hydrogen atom or the group phenyl, 3,3,3-trifluoro-propyl or 3,3,3-trifluoro-2-hydroxypropyl in the form of enantiomers or diastereomers or mixture of these different forms including racemic mixtures. Invention describes also some methods of synthesis of proposed compounds, drug and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof. Invention can be used for preparing remedies used for treatment of patients with depressive states of any etiology.
