SUBSTANCE: described are benzenesulfonamide compounds of formula I: wherein R₁ is hydrogen or halogen atom, such as chlorine or fluorine, or linear or branched C_1-4 alkyl or C_1-4 alkoxy group, R₂, R₃ and R₄ are independently hydrogen atoms or linear, branched or cyclic C_1-4 alkyl groups and R₅ is hydrogen atoms or C_1-2 alkyl group in the form of enantiomers or diasterioisomers, or mixtures of said various forms including racemic mixtures and also salts thereof prepared by addition of pharmaceutically acceptable acids.
