SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of pyridopyranoazepines as a pure geometric or optical isomer or mixture of such isomers of the general formula (I): wherein R¹ represents hydrogen atom, (C₁-C₄)-alkyl group or furanylhydroxy-(C₁-C₄)-alkyl group; R² means hydrogen or halogen atom, cyano-group, phenyl or naphthyl group possibly substituted with halogen atom or trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy-group, nitro-group, acetyl group, (C₁-C₄)-alkyl or methylenedioxy-group joined at positions 2 and 3 or 3 and 4 of phenyl ring, or phenyl; R³ represents hydrogen or halogen atom or (C₁-C₄)-alkyl group as a base or acid addition salt. Invention relates also to a remedy against disturbances associated with dysfunction of nicotine receptors, and to pharmaceutical composition eliciting effect against disturbances associated with dysfunction of nicotine receptors based on these compounds. Invention provides preparing new derivatives of pyridopyranoazepins eliciting the biologically active effect.
