FIELD: spectroscopy. SUBSTANCE: method includes interaction of radiation with tested drink and analysis of spectral composition of radiation after interaction. Process of photoluminescence of tested drink at room temperature or at temperature of liquid nitrogen is employed for interaction of radiation with substance. Analysis of spectral composition of scattered radiation is conducted by approximation according to law of log-normal distribution. EFFECT: simplification of method. 4 dwg
