FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka "Russky khit" contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal of prepared product: lactose, 0.4-0.6; sugar, 18-22; vanillin, 0.0004-0.00006. The vodka also includes, l: levzea extract, 0.04-0.06; ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and corrected potable water, in terms of 40-% strength of prepared product. The proposed vodka possesses slight almond tone in aftertaste.
