FIELD: search for and evaluation o uranium deposits with use of ground gamma and aerogamma survey. SUBSTANCE: method of selection of uranium gamma-anomalies includes evaluation of gamma-anomaly for probability of discovery of uranium deposit. Sample of ground of surface gravel level of gamma-anomaly. Age of uranium aureole is determined by isotopic composition of uranium present in sample or by concentration of E-centers in quartz. Opinion on presence of uranium deposit is formed if values of ages of gamma-anomaly and rocks containing sought-for ore body are equal or close to equality. Gamma-anomaly is not promising for presence of uranium deposit if its age is less than one million years.
