FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casting, particularly to production of refractory alloys for casing the gas turbine working and distributor blades. Ceramic mould with crystallising melt is place at cooled bottom plate in vacuum unit and displaced vertically from heating zone to cooling zone at 5-10 mm/min. Some 52-70 mm from cooling zone edge, said mould is cooled by inert gas flows at gas pressure in nozzle throat of 3-10 bar and inert gas residual pressure in cooling zone of 100-300 mbar. At mould displacement from blade root melt crystallisation zone to that of blade butt, mould is displaced at the speed of 5 mm/min at inert gas pressure in nozzle throat of up to 7.5 bar.
EFFECT: ruled out flaws in casting.
