SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1 000 dal of ready product: complex food supplement "Alfaluks", 3.0-5.0 kg; glycerol, 0.3-0.5 kg; flax seeds an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 3.0-5.0 l; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 17.0-18.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices, elevating the tasting score by 0.02 and the content of biologically active substances in the ready product by 5%, conferring to vodka barely detected tint of freshly mowed grass in aroma and after taste. Vodka has a value 9.7 score.
EFFECT: expanded assortment of vodkas, valuable properties and indices of vodka.
