FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: ascorbic acid, 0.1-0.3 kg; natural honey, 2.5-3.5 kg; flax seeds alcoholized infusion of the first decantation, 4.5-5.5 l; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.8%, 16.7-17.7 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Proposed invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product due to the reducing content of methyl alcohol, providing stability of vodka for all period of its storage and conferring barely detectable cold tint in aroma, and to reduce the alcohol withdrawal syndrome by 10% based on interaction of vitamins and biologically active components of honey, flax seeds and ascorbic acid.
EFFECT: improved, enhanced and valuable quality and properties of vodka.
