FIELD: underwater acoustics. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with design of deep-depth antennas omnidirectional in horizontal plane for communication, examination of underwater conditions and exploration of world-wide ocean. Increased efficiency of radiation in frequency band from two and more octaves is achieved thanks to fact that proposed hydroacoustic deep-depth antenna has two freely streamlined hollow cylindrical converters placed uniaxially with clearance between them. Cylindrical converters have different mean diameters, relation of their mean diameters lies within limits from 0.2 to 0.5. EFFECT: increased efficiency of radiation. 1 dwg
