SUBSTANCE: blend of vegetable oils according to the first embodiment includes refined deodorized sunflower oil of the first grade, frozen, unrefined cold-pressed chia oil at a ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acidsω 6:ω3 1:1 and the content of components, wt.%: refined deodorized sunflower oil of the first grade, frozen 66.69; unrefined cold-pressed chia oil 33.31. According to the second embodiment, the blend of vegetable oils includes refined deodorized rapeseed oil of the highest grade, unrefined cold-pressed chia oil with a ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acidsω 6:ω3 1:1 and the content of components, % by weight: refined deodorized rapeseed oil of the highest grade 66.81, unrefined cold-pressed chia oil 33.19. According to the third embodiment, the blend of vegetable oils with a ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids ω6:ω3 10:1, according to the invention, includes frozen refined deodorized sunflower oil of the first grade, unrefined cold-pressed chia oil in the following ratio of components, % by weight: refined deodorized sunflower oil of the first grade, frozen 96.7, unrefined cold-pressed chia oil 3.30.

EFFECT: obtaining a blend of vegetable oils with functional properties due to a balanced ratio ω6:ω 3 PUFAs, the presence of polyphenols, vitamin E (ά-tocopherol), which allows to expand the range of functional food groups.
