FIELD: storage and transportation of charged tanks. SUBSTANCE: to fix from top two bracing bolts arranged diametrically opposite to each other use is made of nuts with two ends bent in wards in similar manner. Ends of nuts have through holes. One free end of cable length is passed through two through holes of bent off ends of nuts pointed to each other. Sealing member rigidly secured on other end of cable length limits movement of cable length hole of one nut. Other free end of cable length is passed through hole in opposite nut at least two times to form loop with tensioning of cable length between two nuts. This position of cable length is fixed by disposable lock of locking force not less than two ton. All bracing bolts are fixed from below also by disposable locks with locking force not less than two tons. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, reduced cost of locking and checking of locking of tank hatch covers. 2 dwg
