Negative full dispersion at 1550 nm wavelength does not exceed 150 ps/nm x km. Communication line has two segments of optical fibers which parameters are selected in a way that nonlinear communication line discriminant factor does not exceed the nonlinear optical fiber discriminant factor of the first fiber.
