SUBSTANCE: separable junction bridge (destructible jumper) has current conductor of second polarity of conductivity continuous in longitudinal direction, with preset width across longitudinal direction which is made in semiconductor substrate of first polarity of conductivity; polarity of conductivity of conductor material is reverse to that of semiconductor material whose concentration compared with conductor material is such that at desired activation temperature exceeding operating temperature of junction bridge disconnection occurs over entire width of current conductor due to diffusion of semiconductor material of first polarity of conductivity and/or of conductor material of second polarity of conductivity.
