SUBSTANCE: device has rod arranged along coolant-channel axis and provided with bevel split joint in the form of trapezoidal projections and slots joined in pairs with ring placed around split joint and moving along rod, rod-mounted absorbing member, and actuating mechanism in the form of bellows mounted at one end on rod above split joint and at other end, on mentioned movable ring; bellows cavities communicate through damping space and valve with coolant path.
