FIELD: casting of preliminarily treated metals. SUBSTANCE: method includes pouring of preliminarily treated metal into conditioning furnace with inlet and outlet channels and metal casting. After standing in casting, height of metal melt in outlet channel is reduced to level below level of metal melt in furnace. As a result, metal melt in runner and outlet channel at least partially is forced back into furnace. Then, modifiers of structure and/or formation of crystallization centers are added to restore the required content of modifier in melt and casting procedure is resumed. EFFECT: produced castings of required structure due to restoration of amount of modifier in melt lost due to evaporation. 9 cl, 3 dwg
