SUBSTANCE: safety diaphragm is made in the form of disc at local thinning of wall over closed contour. Low-pressure surface of diaphragm is provided with cylindrical projection. High-pressure surface is provided with cylindrical cavity penetrating into cylindrical projection. Depth "h" of cavity penetration into cylindrical projection is lesser than one third of difference of diameters of projection and cavity. EFFECT: increased speed of response; enhanced stability of breaking pressure at pulse-like rise of pressure; facilitated manufacture. 2 cl, 1 dwg
