FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining hemostasiogram with blood platelets number being concurrently counted in blood, thrombin time being determined and activated partial thromboplastin time in blood plasma. Diagnostic index S is calculated from formula S=0.034, P1-0.246, P2-0.012, P3-3.351, where P1 is the blood platelets number, P2 is the thrombin time (in s), P3 is the activated partial thromboplastin time (in s). S value being less than zero, hepatocyte pathologic changes are to be diagnosed. S being greater than zero, hepatocyte pathologic changes are not considered to be the case. EFFECT: simplified method; enhanced effectiveness in finding cases belonging to hemorrhagic complication risk group.
