FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: the system of acute-phase proteins is tested in pregnant women at the third trimester of pregnancy by detecting the level of fibronectin, studying the system of hemostasis, calculating the level of blood D-dimers and the number of "active" fetal erythrocytes in peripheral blood, the value of hemodynamics system - structural point AD and diagnostic index F is calculated by the formula: F = K1 0.0018 - K2 0.2021865 + K3 0.42014 - K4 0.00301 + K5 0.01114 + 0.04018, where K1 - structural point AD (conventional unit); K2 - the level of D-dimers (ng/ml); K3 - the number of active blood platelets (109/l); K4 - the number of fetal erythrocytes in peripheral blood (%); K5 - the level of fibronectin (g/l). If F is below 0.05 one should conclude on no risk of polyorganic deficiency development, if F is above 0.05 the development of polyorganic deficiency is predicted, moreover, if F corresponds to 0.07-0.11 the damage of two vital systems is predicted: cardiovascular and hepatolienal ones, if F is equal to 0.1-2 the damage of three vital systems is predicted: cardiovascular, hepatolienal and hemostasis and a maximum risk for development of thrombohemorrhagic complications, in case F corresponds to 0.2-0.4 the development of irreversible states with lethal results is predicted. The method favors to reveal in due time the risk group for development of the given syndrome and monitor patient's state during gestation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction. _
