FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to process of registration of mobile radio station in system of mobile radio communication with cellular structure of service zone in which each cell or service zone incorporates collection of cells forming registration zones. Each registration zone (3P1, 3P2, 3P3,...) has own identifier X. In accordance with proposed process individual location zones are formed for one or more mobile stations to avoid undesirably large number of registrations in border zones of various registration zones. Location zone can have form of list of identifiers (X1, X2, X3,...) which is memorized in mobile station or can be stored in system and sent to mobile station through central station in given registration zone jointly with registration of mobile station in this zone. New registration is implemented only when mobile station arrives in service zone belonging to registration zone whose identifier is not found in stored list of identifiers (X1, X2, X3,...).
