FIELD: electrical engineering, employment of electric discharge for heating and chemical heat treatment of articles. SUBSTANCE: proposed facility includes induction heater with article placed inside it connected to frequency converter, system feeding process gas into space between inductor and article, D C power supply source, inductive and capacitive filters. Positive lead-out of power supply source is connected via inductive filter to inductor and its negative lead-out is linked to treated article. EFFECT: raised productivity and depth of diffusion treatment, decreased consumption of electric energy. 1 dwg
