FIELD: fishing. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as universal fishing gear at deep-sea and bottom fishing. Proposed trawl has net part including upper and lower net members joined along side edge of deal to form seam with seating of the latter on topping lines, lines with otter boards, floats and depressors and also upper and lower fishing seine ropes. Upper and lower net members contain wings and corresponding parts of sweep net bag and cod end. Front edge of lower net member projects beyond front edge of upper net member, for this purpose additional net block is placed between rear edge of wings of lower net member and front edge of lower part of sweep net bag. Side of net block are coupled with topping lines. Wings of lower and upper net members are made in form of triangles, their side edges being coupled with corresponding topping lines. Rear edges of wings of upper net member are coupled with front edge of sweep net bag. Free edges of wings of upper and lower net members are fitted on corresponding fishing seine ropes, each forming angle whose vertex is pointed to sweep net bag. Ground ropes are used as depressors. Size of wing meshes exceeds size of meshes of the rest of net part. At least part of topping line sections along edges of sweep net bag is furnished with additional floats. EFFECT: provision of effective forming of fish shoal, reduced escape of fish from fishing zone, possibility of fishing at any depth. 4 cl, 5 dwg
