FIELD: multi-purpose fishing equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed trawl has cables with otter boards, floats and depressors, cork line and bottom line and net part including wings, net bag, at least two cod end bags whose nets is connected with net bag by means of pins. Topping lift lines of cod end bags are connected with topping lift lines of net bag by means of connecting clamps and hinges. EFFECT: reduced resistance of trawl to towing; enhanced efficiency of fishing; increased catch. 4 dwg
