FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at preparing alloys suitable for manufacturing basic parts, water-bearing parts, and those operated in corrosive media. For that, at least one additive, in particular metal oxide with melting point higher that that of aluminum is introduced into molten aluminum matrix in the form of fine powder with particle size between 0.001 and 0.1 mcm preheated to temperature exceeding that of molten matrix, after which the total is stirred and finally cooled. Amount of additive varies between 1 and 15% of the weight of melt. EFFECT: improved structural homogeneity. 2 cl, 2 ex
