FIELD: medical equipment for use in laser surgery. SUBSTANCE: method consists in production of pulsed-alternating generation in a laser radiation generator by placement of electron-mechanical interruption between the blind mirror of the resonator and the quadroon in the same optical axis. The pulse repetition frequency is selected up to 200 Hz with a frequency control discreteness of 10 Hz. The duration of operation of an open resonator is selected within K = tgen/tint= 15, where tgen- time of generation, tint-time of interruption that is ensured by production of the electron-mechanical interrupter in the form of a unit laser radiation generator coupled to the output of the power unit and consisting of a DC motor, whose shaft carries the interrupter representing a semi-circular flat plate with an operation indicator, the relation between whose are and the full circumference makes up 1: 15. The generator power unit is connected to the ignition unit connected to the laser radiation generator, which incorporates the quadroon with the pumping lamp. EFFECT: optimized condition of modulation for biologic tissues of various types, prevented excessive heating of their boundary edges and charring during surgical operation. 2 cl, 6 dwg
