METHOD OF PRODUCING SPECIAL VODKA Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry, particularly, production of special vodka "ZOLOTOI KURAI". SUBSTANCE: method involves additional cleaning of corrected water from organic impurities by passing it through filter with activated carbon. Cleaned from organic impurities softened water is directed to sand filter for catching of carbon particles, and after it, water is directed to collector of treated water. Solution is prepared in an injector. Softened water is directed in vacuum cavity of the injector and in it also introduced are ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra", suspension of activated carbon BAU-A, and 65.8-% sugar syrup. Prepared mixture is then directed to supply tank, where it is mixed by air, and after it, filtered for separation of carbon from aqueous-alcoholic mixture. Filtered vodka is directed into finishing tank. Lemon and rose essential oils are separately dissolved in alcohol in ratio 1: 100. Prepared alcoholic solutions are mixed, aged for 10-15 min and introduced at mixing into finishing tank. Vodka is finally filtered and directed to bottling. Prepared vodka "ZOLOTOI KURAI" contains the following ingredients, l/1000 dal: alcoholic solution of lemon oil, 0.3-0.5; alcoholic solution of rose oil, 0.1-0.3; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 19-20; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: production of special vodka with high organoleptical properties enriched by complex of essential oils with slight pineapple-strawberry tone in aftertaste. 3 ex
