FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry, particularly, production of vodka. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning of corrected water from organic impurities with activated carbon. Treated water is introduced under pressure into vacuum cavity of an injector. Ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux", suspension of powdered carbon and sodium lactate are supplied into water stream. Prepared vodka under action of kinetic energy of water jet supplied from a pump to the injector is directed into supply tank. Vodka is mixed with air and directed to filter of the 1st stage, where full separation of carbon from vodka is carried out. Then vodka is directed to fine filter. Filtered vodka is supplied to finishing tank where it is corrected by strength. Preliminarily dissolved in treated water at mixing ascorbic acid and glucose are added to filtered vodka. After introduction of all ingredients in vodka, it is thoroughly mixed and its strength is controlled. In case of deviation from standard by strength, vodka is corrected in said tanks by addition of alcohol or water with subsequent mixing and strength control. Prepared vodka is directed to bottling with obligatory control filtration. Vodka "Chervonets" contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal: lactic acid, 0.2-0.3; sodium bicarbonate, 0.2-0.3; ascorbic acid, 0.04-0.06; glucose, 6.5-7.5; ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable corrected water, in terms of 40-% strength.
