FIELD: devices for corrosion damage monitoring in stressed metal structures, such as oil and gas lines. SUBSTANCE: device is made in form of sensor which has dielectric body with palladized anode and graphite cathode, separator and measuring unit. Sensor includes also section of inhibiting system located in anode space, low-pass filter, amplifier, rejection filter, buffer stage, current-to-voltage converter, amplifier-adder, recording unit, paraphase signal generator, stabilized voltage source and frequency-to- voltage converter interconnected as required. Section of inhibiting system is made in form dielectric substrate with current-carrying elements on both sides which are made in form of arithmetical opposite spirals.
