SUBSTANCE: method of preparing biologically active nutrient supplement involves addition of sugar to noncleared sea buckthorn juice with titratable acidity 1.0-1.5 g/l, mixture is kept at 20-25 C for 7-10 days, liquid fraction is separated from coagulate, coagulate is centrifuged at 45-50 sec-1 for 5-10 min. The proposed nutrient supplement has high content of carotenes and foodstuffs enriching agents with essential nutrient factors. Invention can be used as an active biological supplement and natural food dye.
