SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of beverages with pulp based on vegetable and berry raw materials. Composition for production of pumpkin-and-sea-buckthorn smokies contains the following ratio of initial components, wt%: fermented pumpkin puree – 50.0; non-clarified sea-buckthorn juice – 25.0; sugar syrup – 7.7; drinking water – up to 100.
EFFECT: smoothie has uniform fluid consistency without tendency to delamination during 30 days of storage, high nutritive and biological value and original taste characteristics.
