FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method is applied to obtain a natural mixture of interdependent estrogens which is deficient in phenolic substances out of pregnant mares' urine. Urine or its concentrate or urinary retentant should be contacted with nonionogenic semipolar polymeric adsorptive resin, then the resin loaded by the mixture of interdependent estrogens is isolated from the rest urine, then it should be washed and contacted with eluting fluid and then estrogen-containing eluate is isolated from the resin.
