SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises carbohydrate modulus "Frulakt", inverted sugar syrup, ascorbic acid and an aqueous-spirituous liquid prepared of rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" and purified drinking water in the following ratio of components per 1 000 dal of ready product: carbohydrate modulus "Frulakt", 1.9-2.2 kg; inverted sugar syrup, 20-21.4 l; ascorbic acid, 0.18-0.22 kg; an aqueous-spirituous liquid prepared of rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" and purified drinking water, the balance. Invention provides preparing low-toxic vodka with enhanced organoleptic indices enriched with vitamin C with retention of its properties for all period of vodka storage, stable harmonic mild taste and barely detected tints of heated milk in taste and aroma.
