One dose of sodium hydrocarbonate is added to an aqueous-spirituous solution and kept for 10-20 min. Then an aqueous-spirituous solution with added component is fed on carbon-cleansing battery and then into the finishing tank where the second dose of sodium hydrocarbonate, sugar (as 65.8%-th sugar syrup or sugar an aqueous solution), remained dose of sodium hydrocarbonate and oat flakes of preliminary filtrated an aqueous-spirituous solution are added simultaneously. Vodka containing the added components are filtered finally and fed to pouring.
