FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of vodka "LIKHACH". An aqueous-spirituous solution is prepared to obtain the proof value 40%. The prepared an aqueous-spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly and after of the proof value correction is repumped into supple tank followed by feeding in carbon refinery battery. The rate of filtration of an aqueous-spirituous solution through carbon layer is below 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and below 30 dal/h for regenerated one. Fructose is dissolved in vodka and added into finishing tank and kept for 20-30 min. Succinic acid is dissolved in purified water in ratio 1:10, ascorbic acid is added to solution in its ratio to succinic acid 1:1, solution is kept for 20-30 min also and added to the blend after its time lag. The blend is stirred, filtered finally and fed to bottling. Ready vodka "LIKHACH" has the following ratio of components, kg/1000 dal of vodka: fructose, 4.5-5.5; succinic acid, 0.09-0.15; ascorbic acid, 0.09-0.15; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance to the proof 40%. Combination of procedures of method in quantitative ratio of its components ensures to decrease alcohol withdrawal syndrome and to obtain vodka with soft harmonic vodka taste with very pleasant vanilla tint after tasting. EFFECT: improved method of production, expanded assortment, simplified technology, decreased cost of vodka. 3 ex
