FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous solution made of rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water with hardness value up to 0.2 mole/m3. Then sodium hydrocarbonate is added to an aqueous-spirituous solution, mixture is stirred thoroughly and repumped into the supply tank followed by feeding to carbon-cleansing battery. Natural honey is diluted preliminary with purified water in the ratio 1:5, stirred thoroughly, brought about to boiling point, stirred, filtered, cooled and divided for two equal parts. Ascorbic acid is mixed with honey solution part, mixture is added into finishing tank, stirred and then the remained part of honey is added, stirred and if necessary the proof value is corrected and then fed to pouring with control filtration. Added components taken in the required quantitative ratios provide synergetic effect that ensures to obtain biologically active, stable, vitaminized vodka exhibiting the original taste and aroma.
