FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions for sweet liqueurs. For preparing liqueur the following components are used: cranberry, cowberry and rowan melanocarpous fruit juices, orange oil, sugar syrup, rectified ethyl alcohol and purified water in the following ratio of components, l/1000 dal of ready product: cranberry fruit juice, 2900-3500; cowberry fruit juice, 450-500; rowan melanocarpous fruit juice, 250-300; orange oil, 0.15-0.2; sugar syrup, 1760- 1775; an aqueous-spirituous solution, the balance. Invention ensures to prepare liqueur with decreased caloricity with pleasant taste with clearly defined cranberry aroma. EFFECT: improved quality and property of liqueur.
