Vodka "Goretz" has the following components wheat grains an aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1- st blend, 2-2.5 l; wheat dry bread an aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1-st blend, 1-1.5; natural honey, 2.5-3.5 kg; sugar, 4.5-5.5 kg; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water with hardness below 0.2 mole/m³ to obtain the proof value 40%. The combined use of vodka components and their quantitative ratio ensures to add the barely detectable honey-bread aroma with vanilla taste in after testing to vodka.
