SUBSTANCE: microlaser has input mirror, active element, diffraction grating, output mirror, pumping source in the form of diode laser array, collimator made in the form of cylindrical lens, second active element, second pumping source made in the form of diode laser, and second collimator made in the form of microlens. Novelty is that Q-factor modulator is placed between active element and diffraction grating to raise peak power of microlaser at the same time maintaining its mean level.
