FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing two subcalvicular catheters of 0.6 or 1.0 mm diameter into two superficial lymphatic femoral vessels. Catheter cavities are filled with 5000 ED of heparin in equal amounts. Lymph laser irradiation is carried out under conditions of 1.8-2.0 mW power during 25-30 min via monofiber light guides of 0.5 mm diameter on the extent of 4-14 days. Lymph laser irradiation is carried out on the background of tissular lymph draining 20-25 min later after beginning intravenous drop infusion of 100.0 ml of hemodesis and rheopolyglukine every other day.
