SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of supplying two different type cutting fluids through two axial ducts of mandrel formed due to division of its axial cavity by lengthwise partition and through radial openings communicated with said ducts; using wheel consisting of abrasive discs mounted on rotating mandrel and spacing washers placed between discs with axially shifted cutting layer.
