FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines. SUBSTANCE: flexure-and- torsional vibration damper has hub, ring inertia flywheel mass and flexible members. Hub is made in form of T-shaped ring in cross section, first web of which is arranged along axis and second, radially from inner side. Ring inertia flywheel mass is composed of constant inertia T-shaped mass whose first web is arranged along axis and second one arranged radially from outer side, and additionally changeable mass made up of set of different-thickness replaceable plates in form of ring segments secured at two sides to second web of constant inertia mass. Each flexible member is made in form of pack of plate springs forming cylinder and installed between hub and ring inertia flywheel mass. Fastening device is made in form of two cylindrical segments with holes for corresponding bolts. Cylindrical segments are installed in plate spring pack cylinder. EFFECT: improved damping of flexural and torsional vibrations. 4 dwg
