FIELD: sealing rings for sleeve joints of pipes. SUBSTANCE: sealing ring has two guide reinforcing rings received by open recesses of sealing ring directed inside. Provision is made for two sealing jaws located in mirror symmetry relative to each other. Sealing ring is mirror symmetry relative to radial plane of symmetry. When smooth end of pipe is inserted in sleeve equipped with sealing gasket, second sealing jaw is applied on first collar which is engageable with clamping seal. EFFECT: enhanced degree of sealing of sealing; avoidance of fall of sealing ring from sleeve; no definite direction is required in mounting due to mirror symmetry of sealing ring. 4 cl, 3 dwg
