FIELD: non- ferrous metallurgy; copper-refining anode furnaces with gas-discharge passage. SUBSTANCE: adjusting cooled gate valve includes supply and discharge collectors, swivel flat tube panel fitted with dispensing and accumulating collectors made in form of double pipes and connected respectively to supply and discharge collectors by means of flexible metal- reinforced hoses; it is also provided with electric actuating mechanism. Ratio of length of flexible metal-reinforced hoses to distance between collectors to which they are connected is 10:9. At points of connection with flexible metal-reinforced hoses, dispersing and accumulating collectors are provided with guide chute-shaped lug-type unit; radius of curvilinear section of lug is equal to (5-6)d, where "d" is inner diameter of metal-reinforced hose and ratio of length of rectilinear section of lug to length of its curvilinear section is equal to 1(1-1.2). EFFECT: enhanced reliability of connection of collectors with flexible metal-reinforced hoses due to selection of optimal length of hoses and availability of special fittings at points of connection of flexible hoses which excluded bending of lower part of hoses below permissible limit. 1 dwg
