FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy; copper-refining reverberatory furnaces with gas- discharge ducts. SUBSTANCE: gate valve includes supply and discharge collectors, swivel flat cooled panel of tubes, double-pipe dispensing and accumulating collectors and electrical actuator; cooled panel is made as double pipe; dispensing and accumulating collectors are rigidly interconnected and are provided with two pipe unions on either side for delivery of cooling medium; they are mounted in plane of cooled panel at angle of 90 deg relative to axis of collectors; collectors are provided with flexible metal-reinforced hoses which are connected respectively to pipe unions of dispensing and accumulating collectors. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; possibility of adjustable cooling of gate valve. 2 dwg
