SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes base and heat member in the form of casing rigidly secured to base. Attachment for fastening blank is mounted on heat member that is heated and cooled by means of liquid flows. Apparatus also includes guarding cylinder that provides mounting base of apparatus at initial stage of grinding cycle and is mounted on heat member.
