FIELD: production of crystal-sheet glass; applicable on lines with glass production by float process. SUBSTANCE: crystal-sheet glass is produced with use of restricting members located successively one after another along sides of moving glass ribbon and designed for restriction of transverse spreading of glass. Adjacent restricting members execute reciprocation in antiphase. As restricting members move from head part of melt bath and glass viscosity rises, frequency and amplitude of vibrations decrease. EFFECT: excluded sticking of liquid glass mass to restricting members. 3 cl, 1 dwg
