SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration isolator for internal combustion engine has flexible member in form of closed toroidal spiral made of steel wire rope and two plates installed in spiral coils in diametrically opposite planes, adjustable spiral extension limiter made in form of ring of steel wire length with fixing element on ends in form of lock-clamp enclosing, at least one time, internal semicoils of spiral, or in form of knot whose loops enclose internal semicoils of spiral, and compression deformation limiter secured at least on one of plates.
